About Us:

Launched in 1993, L&L Exhibition Management, Inc. has successfully developed and managed hundreds of expos across the country.  We specialize in providing focused, in-depth, lively events for the building, remodeling and property management industries.  With industry contacts and expertise that span over two decades, we offer high-quality events that draw top presenters and exhibitors.  

We launched the Tampa Bay Condo & HOA Expo in Spring of 2012.  We aim to continually fill the need for a professional, comprehensive and well-organized event for this region’s property managers, board members and HOA members.  Our mission is to give attendees the valuable, practical tools and insights they need to save money and manage their properties optimally, while providing an enjoyable and enteraining environment to network with industry professionals.
