Admission is FREE with advance registration for community association managers, board members, board presidents, active HOA members and industry professionals. Please register in advance by filling out the Attendee Registration form or by calling 1-800-374-6463.
Location, Directions & Getting There
The Tampa Bay Condo & HOA Expo will take place for one day only at the well-known Tampa Convention Center.

For driving directions to the Tampa Convention Center, please click here. Park in the Tampa Convention Center garage, attached to the building, located at 333 S. Franklin Street. Once parked, immediately visit the pay machine and use code HSEXPO for free parking. If the garage is full when you arrive, please park in either Fort Brooke or Pam Iorio garages nearby, and visit the event check-in counter for validation.
